Match board
Every requirement against every live listing. A high score with low confidence means the fit looks right but facts are missing — chase those first.
Pipeline
Drag a card to move it — on a phone, use the arrows. Lanes split the book by who the lead sits with and whether it is a rental or a sale — drag a card into another lane to re-tag it, or use the Direct / Broker buttons on the card. Drag a card up or down inside a column to set the order you want to see it in, or tap ↑ Top. Stage is how far the conversation has got; status is what happened to the property.
Chase list
Leads that can't be matched yet, oldest first. Each shows exactly what to ask and gives you the message to send.
WhatsApp templates
Used by the WhatsApp buttons throughout the app. Click a token to insert it — it gets replaced with the lead's real details when you send.
Your details
These fill the {me} and {myphone} tokens in your messages.
Used to work out what each live listing is worth to you, and the pipeline figure on the Funnel tab.
Where your leads live
Your leads are stored on the server and mirrored into this browser, so the app keeps working with no signal and catches up when you are back. Every save keeps a restore point.
